TERMS OF SERVICE — DataPro Sim

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using DataPro Sim ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
DataPro Sim is a job simulation platform for data analytics training. We provide AI-generated workplace scenarios, skill assessments, certificates of completion, and portfolio building tools for SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

3. USER ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. One account per person. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

4. FREE AND PAID PLANS
The Basic level is free with no credit card required. Pro plans ($9/month or $79/year) unlock Intermediate and Advanced levels, verified certificates, and the portfolio builder. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on DataPro Sim — including scenarios, AI-generated content, branding, and software — is owned by DataPro Sim. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission. You retain ownership of content you submit (answers, resume data).

6. CERTIFICATES
Certificates represent completion of scenarios on our platform. They are not accredited degrees or professional certifications. We make no guarantee that certificates will result in employment or salary changes.

7. PROHIBITED USES
You may not: use automated tools or bots to complete scenarios, attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems, share account access, upload harmful content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. DISCLAIMER
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES OR SPECIFIC LEARNING RESULTS.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DATAPRO SIM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
